[Life on the Scrap Beach:Challenge 6]

Here's my desk. This is after the third challenge. I have been trying to get better at cleaning up after each project and I'm pretty happy with my desk haha. I didnt get to finish my third challenge because I ran out of atg tape :( ugh, so bummed!!! Last pic is a corner of the room. [Life on the Scrap Beach April 2010 Crop: Challenge 2]

This challenge was that we had to make a layout of our favorite birthday! Now with my family all of our birthdays are always fun so I cant pick just one. This one was my uncle and counsins birthday. It was his big 40 and her 10th birthday! The banner thing seems to be pretty popular and I wanted to try it and love it. I'm kinda addicted to making them now. They are really fun :)

This challenge was make the cake. it had "ingrediants" specific things we had to use. All in all i like the way it turned out. This layout is about my cousin Matt and he decided to join the Marines and this was the last day before he left for bootcamp and they had a party for him!

I've been meaning to post these pictures I just kept forgetting. Not sure why though because its PRIMA!!! and I looooove them!!! lol. I was one of the winners on Marion's show and this is what I got. It came super quick and excited to use what i got :) Thanks again Prima :D

You cant really see them in the picture but I got some purple leaves and they are see thru so hard to see in the picture :)

[Before & After of our bedroom walls]

We are finally getting our bed today so I figured I would post pictures of the before and after of painting. We were supposed to have our new bed fram and dresser a month ago from Ashley furniture but it took ALOT longer than they told us. I'll just say we arent too pleased with them and their customer service sucks lol...but i love the new color of our room. Its def. different and not for everyone but we like it :)

Here's what I used. They werent that hard to make. The last picture shows the first one to the last one and as you can see you get better with each one. I saw a video from worker4ever (i believe) and this is how i learned it. I got the ribbon from michaels and just needed scissors, hot glue gun and something to put on the bottom. Enjoy :) They can be quite addicting ;)

So I've been working on organizing my scrap room on what feels like forever lol. I think its messier now than before I started. I'm getting it really organized though and its starting to really look good. I got a collage of pictures put on above on of my desks and love how it turned out. I'm not quite done yet but not sure what else to do for now. I want to do a video of my room when its done so my goal is to have it up by Friday. So keep your fingers crossed I get it done lol. I just want to SCRAP and be done organizing. I cant even scrap right now because its a mess. So it needs to be done and ready for the crop. Wish me luck ;)
